(Judges 20-21, Luke 11:1-28)

And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. (Luke 11:9-10)

We have been given a sure promise. We have been told the truth. We are loved. We are heard. We are regarded. We are desired. Jesus came to show us the Father. He came to tell us that if we would ask, seek or knock, that we would find an open door.

We should believe it! We should believe that Jesus is telling us the truth. We should learn how to direct our cry. Don’t you know that you are loved? How long will you walk in disbelief? The Father loves us. He sent His Son to tell us. He sent His Son to find us. We are loved!

It’s time to lift your voice to the Lord. The scripture tells us that we don’t have what we need because we haven’t asked. We haven’t found because we haven’t looked. We haven’t been given entrance because we haven’t knocked. It’s time to lift your cry to the One who loves you. He is Good. He is Kind. He is Patient. He will hear you and He will answer. Believe. Put your faith in Him. He will not disappoint you.
